Our Story
In 2005, three Chico State buddies Rob, Jason, and Dan came together to create an organization that supported important local causes, and ACTIVE Charity was born! Throughout its 17+ year history, Active Charity has focused its efforts on several issues affecting members of the community by supporting charitable organizations such as the SEAL Future Fund, QL+, Police and Fire: The Fallen Heroes, as well as many more. Since its inception, the original founders have welcomed some non-Chico folks, Pace Linck, Chris Thompson, and John Kay to help drive the mission.
ACTIVE Charity is a legal California Non-Profit Public Charity 501(c)3 corporation with a Tax ID of 46-1332900 .
